We’re seeking a dedicated Case Manager to join our dynamic team at Mondia Sunnyside, based in Gqeberha (Port Elizabeth).
REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
- Diploma OR Degree in Clinical Field advantageous
- 2 years or more relevant case management experience in a Mental Health environment advantageous
- Knowledge and understanding of all funders
- Computer literate with strong administration and organizational skills
- An understanding of current coding structures in the SA Health Care Environment
