The Mondia HealthCare Group requires a Supporter who will be based at our Mondia Woodlands facility in in Bloemfontein reporting to the Unit Manager.

Are you a person that enjoys offering treatment and support for people struggling with mental health challenges? Do you care about the wellbeing of people and like to motivate people?

You will work in an environment where you will be expected to:

  • Deliver safe, quality nursing care according to the scope of practice
  • Assess, observe, monitor and provide information about patient health and behaviour to the rest of the IDT team
  • Assist the team to ensure patients are on time for therapy activities
  • Aware of Mental Healthcare act no 17 of 2002

You will form part of a nursing team that work together with Psychiatrists, Psychologists and other clinicians to combine their efforts efficiently and effectively, and in so doing so achieve consistently good outcomes for patients placed in our care.

REQUIREMENTS, EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING

  • Care Worker certificate
  • 2 years or more clinical experience
